Competition is relentless. Change is constant. Your challenges are unique. Discovery Maps are fully customized educational sessions designed to communicate new initiatives and align employees around the plan and vision of your corporate strategy.
Organizations such as Kimberly-Clark, Sara Lee, Verizon and Marriott International have already discovered the power of using Discovery Maps to energize employees around such critical issues as:
- Company vision and values and corporate strategy
- New products and services
- Mergers and acquisitions
- New technology implementations
- Business process changes…and much more
Colorful, dynamic, table-sized “maps” create the visual foundation for a one- to three-hour learning experience that engages teams of employees in the discovery of critical information. The experience transfers knowledge with unrivaled clarity, impacting employee commitment and on-the-job action.

| Overview |
| |
Our team of instructional designers, consultants and artists works with you to create your Discovery Map — a large, colorful and engaging “picture” of your corporate strategy and organizational change — as well as the activity cards and other exercises that drive the learning experience. We use a speed-to-market design and development process so that you can quickly deploy your strategic messages.
In a classroom setting, teams of learners (generally four to six per Discovery Map) work together to explore the map’s content, discuss issues and develop insights while developing a concrete grasp of the corporate strategy.
Depending on your culture and needs, competitive games, case studies, simulations, videos and online exercises can be developed to enhance the overall discovery experience.
Discovery Map programs bring complex information to life, engaging the minds and hearts of employees. |
