On 9th Dec, Paradigm Learning China and EduTrain HK organized a "Dancing in the Storm" workshop in GZ. All the participants thought that it was an wonderful experience to talk about the adversity, economic, job, life with trainer in English.

Putting People First (PPF) - a famous program of TMI, founded in Denmark, is about establishing good relationships and thereby a feeling of good personal service.
A demo about PPF was facilitated by LiLiˇXthe chief trainer of this program, in 4 August. The content mentioned in demo included the road map and history of PPF, some key points of PPF, case study of PPF, etc, which made all the participants get a deeper understanding about this program and the trainer.

| Video Arts Open Day |
Video Arts, found in U.K. in 1972, produces training videos and DVDs that have entertained and educated hundreds of thousands of employees, in organizations all over the world. An Open Day for Video Arts was host by Paradigm Learning Business Consulting (GZ) Co., Ltd in Jan. 16, 2008.
In the open day, we prepared 48 different topics of training videos for participants, including Effective management,Customer Service and Quality,Sales and marketing. Participants could choose the topics they want to watch.
This is an excellent platform for us to communicate and share more about organization training with other enterprise.

A mini tea party was held in our new office in August 22nd, and a number of clients, suppliers and trainers were invited. We led the guests around new office, have a talk with tea and cake, watch Paradigm Learning Videos. While all guests gave us a high appraisal on new office for its simple, reasonable, nice design and advanced office equipment.
The whole office was full of voice and joy, everyone was enjoying themselves...... |
